Identity and address of the data controller
Integratec App, S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as "Integratec," with address at Blvd. Antonio L. Rodriguez 2100 Piso 22, Col. Privada Santa Maria, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, C.P. 64650, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

Personal data we collect
For the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, Integratec may collect the following categories of personal data:
Identification and contact data:
- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Landline and/or mobile phone number
- Information about your employer (name, address, phone number, number of employees)
Tax and financial data:
- Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)
- Billing information
- CLABE bank account number
Employment data (for platform users):
- Job title and department
- Social Security Number (NSS)
- Unique Population Registry Code (CURP)
Technical and browsing data:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Operating system
- Pages visited and browsing time
- Approximate geolocation data
Sensitive personal data
Please note that, for the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Integratec does not collect sensitive personal data (data that could reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual orientation).
However, certain data such as RFC, NSS, and CURP require especially careful handling. By providing this data, you grant your express consent for its processing in accordance with the purposes set out in this Notice.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the legal relationship):
- Provide the contracted services and products
- Create and manage your user account on our platform
- Provide technical support and customer service
- Process payments and billing
- Comply with contractual and legal obligations
- Verify your identity
- Communicate with you regarding your account or contracted services
Secondary purposes (not necessary but beneficial):
- Send promotional communications, news, and offers about our products and services
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and market research
- Improve our products, services, and user experience
- Prepare internal statistics and reports
If you do not wish your personal data to be processed for the secondary purposes, you may notify us by email at privacidad@integratec.com with the subject line "Opt-out of secondary purposes." Your refusal will not affect the provision of the contracted services.
Transfers of personal data
Integratec may transfer your personal data to domestic or foreign third parties in the following cases:
- Technology service providers: Companies that help us operate our platform, cloud storage, and email services (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
- Payment service providers: Financial institutions and payment processors to manage your transactions.
- Analytics and marketing services: Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn for usage analysis and advertising (see specific sections below).
- Competent authorities: When required by law, judicial process, or government request.
- Companies within the same corporate group: For internal administrative purposes.
These transfers are made in accordance with the exceptions set out in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, and therefore do not require your consent. In all cases, we require third parties to maintain adequate security measures to protect your data.
Security measures
Integratec has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest (SSL/TLS, AES-256)
- Role-based access control and two-factor authentication
- Continuous security monitoring and intrusion detection
- Periodic data backups
- Ongoing staff training on data protection
- Internal confidentiality and information-handling policies
- Periodic vulnerability assessments
Data retention period
Integratec will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as well as to comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods are as follows:
- Active client data: For the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 5 years after its termination.
- Tax and billing data: 5 years, in accordance with Mexican tax law.
- Browsing and cookie data: Up to 2 years from collection.
- Prospect data: Up to 2 years from the last contact.
Once retention periods have concluded, your data will be securely deleted or dissociated.
ARCO rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Rectification: Request the correction of your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancellation: Request that we delete your data when you believe it is not being used in accordance with this Notice.
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
To exercise your ARCO rights, send a request to privacidad@integratec.com including:
- Full name and email address to receive a response
- Copy of valid official identification (voter ID, passport)
- Clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved
- Any document that helps locate your data
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days. If applicable, we will act on your rights within the following 15 business days. We may request additional information if necessary to address your request.
Revocation of consent
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without retroactive effect. To do so, send an email to privacidad@integratec.com with the subject line "Revocation of consent," indicating:
- Your full name and contact information
- A clear description of the data and/or purposes for which you are revoking your consent
- Copy of official identification
Please note that revoking consent for primary purposes may make it impossible to continue providing the contracted services.
Limiting use and disclosure
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may:
- Send an email to privacidad@integratec.com requesting to be excluded from promotional communications
- Use the "unsubscribe" link in our marketing emails
- Configure your browser's cookie preferences
- Adjust the privacy settings in your user account
Use of cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze traffic, and personalize content. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies: Necessary for the site to function.
- Performance cookies: Help us understand how you interact with the site (Google Analytics).

Google Analytics

Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses using the "anonymizeIp()" extension, so it is not possible to directly link the information to an identified person.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion analysis and retargeting. LinkedIn collects data such as IP address and device characteristics, which is anonymized within seven days.

Children's data
Integratec does not intentionally collect personal data from minors under 18 years of age. Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals of legal age. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacidad@integratec.com so that we can proceed to delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Integratec is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites. We recommend that you review the privacy notices of every site you visit.
Changes to this privacy notice
Integratec reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the corresponding update date.
