Step 01 · From result to plan

The plan that starts with the evaluation

Every IDP begins with a development profile: overall objective, strengths, and areas of opportunity.

  • Connected to 360 and performanceCompetencies and evaluation results feed the plan.
  • Development profileOverall objective, strengths, and areas of opportunity for each person.
  • Clear prioritiesDefine which competencies to focus development on.
  • Configurable modelTurn on the sections and fields your organization needs.

With artificial intelligence

The assistant generates a draft profile and plan from the results and a few questions.

Step 02 · You design the plan

The 70-20-10 model, tailored to you

On-the-job learning, mentoring, and formal training, with concrete objectives and actions.

  • 70% · On-the-job learningProjects with objectives, actions, competencies, and dates.

Step 04 · Follow-up and signatures

From commitment to compliance

The plan gets signed, followed up periodically, and every change is logged.

  • Employee and manager signaturesThe employee signs; the manager approves or requests changes.
  • Periodic follow-upCapture progress by quarter, month, or whatever period you define.
  • Automatic remindersFor pending signatures and up-to-date follow-ups.

Frequently asked questions about development plans

Does the development plan connect with the 360 and performance evaluation?

Yes. Every IDP starts with the results: the competencies and areas of opportunity from the evaluation feed each person's profile and plan.

What is the 70-20-10 model?

It's the foundation of the plan: 70% on-the-job learning (projects and actions), 20% mentoring, and 10% formal training. You can turn on and configure each section to match your model.

How do the signatures work?

The employee signs their plan and the manager approves it or requests changes with a comment. You can also request a follow-up signature for each period.

Can an external mentor take part?

Yes. A mentor from outside the organization logs their sessions from their own portal, without needing to sign in.

What role do AI agents play?

They speed up the start: generate a draft plan, suggest actions and courses, and summarize progress. The judgment still belongs to HR, the leader, and the employee.

Is this just software?

No. It's software, human support, and AI agents in one experience. That combination is the differentiator.
